Lead Esperanza's fundraising, communications, and external engagement. Develop and execute annual fundraising and grants strategies, manage major gifts and sponsorships, oversee events (including Fiesta of Hope), maintain CRM and revenue forecasting, direct communications and digital presence, steward board and CEO relationships, and manage vendors and development staff to grow revenue and visibility.
