Lead SaaS onboarding projects to drive time-to-value, enforce configuration guardrails, manage change and project health, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a clean handoff to Customer Success while identifying expansion opportunities.

Technical owner of cloud infrastructure and platform security posture. Design, operate, and improve networking, compute, data stores, deployments, and observability. Build developer tooling, automation, and core infra software. Lead incident response, audits (SOC 2/ISO 27001), evidence automation, and security questionnaires. Provide technical direction, mentorship, and documentation.
