Deploy and support projects through CI/CD pipelines, build distributed infrastructure, resolve platform issues, improve resilience, migrate infrastructure to AWS, and assist with legacy-system migrations. The role requires cloud platform experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, Linux administration, networking and firewall knowledge, scripting skills, web server familiarity, database knowledge, and strong security practices.

Create, edit, proofread, and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, emails, social media, and marketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, maintain brand voice, research industry trends, manage content calendars, and refine AI-generated content. Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver accurate, engaging content on schedule.

Provides entry-level technical support during a six-month training period and subsequent full-time employment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS network and system issues; supporting hardware and software problems; installing and configuring operating systems; assisting with DNS, IP address management, and network configurations; and monitoring system and network uptime.
