Design and develop blended learning experiences for pharmaceutical customer-facing field teams across ILT, VILT, eLearning, video, microlearning, and job aids. Collaborate with curriculum leaders, subject matter experts, and Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality. Apply adult learning principles, manage reviews and version control, and deliver content on schedule for client training launches.

Provides fractional strategic leadership for learning and development functions. Aligns L&D initiatives with business goals, audits and executes learning programs, supports product launches and organizational expansion, builds L&D teams, manages costs, and partners with executive stakeholders. The role also oversees large-scale projects, instructional design initiatives, e-learning tools, and emerging L&D technologies.

Provide functional and technical consulting for global IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support. Serve as the subject matter expert for accounting, cost accounting, corporate accounting, project accounting, financial consolidations, business process design, analytics, and IFS security administration. Develop training, SOPs, and documentation; resolve implementation obstacles; and support global ERP operations, including 24/7 on-call coverage. Domestic travel of up to 40% is required.

Designs and develops blended learning curricula and instructional materials across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning modalities. Partners with subject matter experts, product and sales teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate technical training needs into effective learning experiences. Manages multiple course development projects, schedules, quality reviews, pilots, repositories, and version control. Creates training guides, exercises, simulations, job aids, and supplemental materials while applying adult learning principles and modern instructional methods.

Develop sales enablement training and learning content, including interactive eLearning, videos, job aids, presentations, and performance support resources. Collaborate with sales stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging materials. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles, accessibility standards, branding, and quality assurance practices while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
