Design and build Esko’s shared AI knowledge and reasoning platform. Responsibilities include modelling contextual knowledge, developing ingestion, curation, retrieval, versioning, and validation services, integrating semantic retrieval with deterministic rules and human review, creating APIs and evaluation suites, and ensuring security, tenant isolation, reliability, observability, and explainability. The role also partners with domain experts and product teams to convert informal expertise into structured, testable, versioned knowledge.

Design and build shared AI platform capabilities for knowledge representation, semantic retrieval, deterministic validation, contextual reasoning, and human escalation. Develop APIs and services for knowledge ingestion, curation, versioning, evaluation, and explanation. Ensure tenant isolation, security, reliability, observability, and performance. Collaborate with domain experts and product teams to convert expertise into structured, testable, traceable knowledge and take end-to-end ownership of substantial technical areas.

Analyze product, engineering, delivery, and commercial data to define KPIs, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions. Build Power BI dashboards from product telemetry to measure adoption, engagement, feature usage, and customer behavior. Improve data quality, automate recurring reporting, and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
