Analyze customer use cases, run workshops, optimize business processes, configure systems and integrations, mitigate technical risks, ensure QMS and quality compliance, mentor junior architects, manage customer expectations, and contribute to product and process improvements.

Drive recurring contract renewals across an assigned territory: create and negotiate service contract proposals, manage the inside-sales funnel in Salesforce, execute win-back initiatives, and partner with Sales and Aftercare to ensure customer satisfaction and contract growth.

Provide first-line technical and functional support for Esko software: diagnose and resolve common issues, own cases end-to-end, escalate to Level‑2 with clear handovers, document findings, follow support processes, collaborate across teams, and work rotational shifts in a 24/7 hybrid support environment while contributing to knowledge base updates.
