Esko Benefits Overview

Leads quality engineering strategy for a cloud platform across multiple engineering teams. Establishes testing standards, automation frameworks, quality metrics, dashboards, environment promotion gates, and release-readiness governance. Coordinates complex releases, drives performance, reliability, and regression improvements, and partners with Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations. The role also influences quality transformation, mentors teams, and uses production incidents and observability data to improve practices.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for shared cloud platform services including data, workflow, search, APIs, and repository capabilities. Partner with Architects, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical direction, drive platform adoption, improve developer experience, and balance reliability, scalability, technical debt, and business outcomes. Define success metrics and guide investments across a multi-product SaaS environment.

Provide functional and technical customer support for Esko Interactive Applications. Troubleshoot software configuration, usage, and integration issues; own support cases through resolution; document root causes and solutions; guide customers on best practices; collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams; and contribute to knowledge bases, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires packaging, structural design, premedia, and Esko workflow knowledge, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
