Provide assessment, treatment, and prevention of physical disability across the lifespan in an interdisciplinary First Nation community setting. Deliver inpatient, outpatient, home, and long-term care services; develop treatment plans, evaluate progress, train staff, maintain equipment and records, and build a new physiotherapy clinic.

Provide clinical and community nutrition services across health centre and long-term care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver individual patient care, develop preventive and education programs, support diabetes, maternal/child, mental health, and community health initiatives.

Provide culturally sensitive prenatal and early-years home visiting and group programs for families with infants and toddlers (to age 3). Offer service navigation and referrals, plan community gatherings and educational sessions, maintain client records and data, collaborate with elders and partners, and promote culturally appropriate parenting and maternal-child health supports.
