Leads global brand, technology, AI, and product marketing communications for ESET. Responsibilities include shaping AI and technology narratives, evolving visual identity and design systems, developing positioning and communication frameworks, supporting executive communications, delivering presentations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across international teams. The role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on content and campaign execution.

Build and scale AI enablement solutions across thousands of software repositories. Configure AI-ready repository patterns, develop internal engineering assistants and workflow tools, automate onboarding, and establish reusable self-service tooling. The role also evaluates AI capabilities, defines engineering standards, mentors teams through classes and educational sessions, and measures productivity impact across the organization.

Build and maintain secure AI-powered tools, agents, services, and integrations using Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows. Develop, deploy, monitor, and improve production AI applications while focusing on reliability, security, cost efficiency, maintainability, and responsible AI use. Research emerging technologies, improve engineering productivity through AI, and share knowledge with internal and global developer communities.
