Manage recruiting delivery operations for RPO, RPO with Phone Screens, and Retained Search. Configure and maintain branded ATS instances, post and advertise jobs, review and package candidate submissions, run screening calls, produce pipeline reports, and manage/develop a junior Talent Sourcer while ensuring data quality and process consistency.

Responsible for consultative selling into Escalon's existing client base: identify HR outsourcing opportunities, coach Client Engagement Managers, lead strategic conversations with executives, manage pipeline in Salesforce, scope/price deals, and ensure seamless handoffs while reducing client risk and cost.
