Contract Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and submitting qualified candidates for placements. Use LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search and personal networks, conduct light screens when requested, document structured screening notes, and communicate candidate availability and compensation. No client management or reporting; paid commission (50% of placement fee).

Lead outside sales and business development for premium stone and countertop products in the Tampa Bay territory. Build and maintain client relationships, pursue new accounts, meet sales targets, report on market activity, and resolve customer issues. Coach and inspire a sales team while delivering product presentations and driving revenue growth.

Weekend availability (some Saturdays) required.
