Build and manage client relationships, acquire new customers, hit sales targets, analyze opportunities, provide reports, resolve customer issues, deliver tailored presentations, and support/coach the sales team. Weekend availability (some Saturdays) required.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance for a Series A beauty/consumer brand: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow modeling, KPI/dashboarding, board and investor reporting, ABL/lender management, financial modeling for growth opportunities, and build scalable finance processes while partnering with external accounting and reporting teams.
