Provides Level 1/2 technical support for onsite and remote employees and limited external clients. Troubleshoots hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, and enterprise systems; manages tickets, device deployments, inventories, documentation, onboarding, patching, security standards, and conference room technology. Supports Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP, endpoint management, and remote users while participating in on-call rotation and escalating issues as needed.
