Coordinate and publish Self-Guided Explorations calendar; schedule and onboard facilitators and Teachers-in-Residence; manage logistics, invoices, CMS content, attendance and feedback; facilitate classes and orientations; support SOPs, light production, event execution, and cross-department communication to ensure smooth program delivery.

Three-month, service-focused residency supporting kitchen, housekeeping, and farm teams. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, meal prep, dishwashing, laundry, and garden work. Participants live in shared housing, receive meals, and follow daily rhythms of teamwork, feedback, and stewardship.

Lead emergency preparedness, maintain and implement SOPs, oversee gate operations, coordinate safety training and drills, manage incident response and documentation, ensure compliance with OSHA/CAL-OSHA and fire/building codes, maintain certifications, and support the Director of Safety in inspections, audits, and crisis leadership.
