Lead system-level design, integration, validation, and optimization of hardware, software, and control components. Define architecture and requirements, drive root cause analysis, support product lifecycle from prototype to production, document designs and tests, ensure compliance, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.

The Manager is responsible for market development and demand creation for robotic welding and workflow solutions, identifying strategic opportunities, driving sales, and building key relationships with customers and integrators.

Process payroll and related activities (direct deposit, online pay statements), validate employee time and attendance data, follow up on pay issues, standardize global payroll procedures, and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery. Works on moderate-scope problems with general supervision; requires a degree and typically two years' experience.
