Verifies accounts payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, posts ledger and journal entries, balances and reconciles accounts, inputs data into office systems, generates reports, conducts research, and responds to inquiries. Maintains systematic accounting transaction records and resolves moderately difficult issues using judgment. Typically requires 2–4 years of related experience.

Develops and manages account- and brand-specific demand forecasts using replenishment, point-of-sale, promotional, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution data. Improves forecasting accuracy by selecting appropriate statistical algorithms, maintaining product history, analyzing demand patterns, and aligning sales and marketing intelligence. Collaborates with sales, marketing, research and development, manufacturing, and planning teams to support internal and external customers.

Supervises production operations to achieve volume, cost, quality, inventory, staffing, and scheduling targets. Organizes material flows, monitors production processes, implements established methods and schedules, and identifies process improvements. Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel while directing support-track employees and overseeing assigned work.
