Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for direct-material commodities supporting North American manufacturing. Manage supplier evaluation, selection, negotiations, cost reduction, performance, risk mitigation, working capital, and continuity of supply. Collaborate with plant, cross-functional, and global sourcing teams; analyze markets and costs; manage sourcing projects; and optimize the supplier base across multiple regions.

Owns the strategy, lifecycle, portfolio optimization, pricing, and commercial performance of stainless-steel and low-alloy solid welding wire products. Conducts market and customer analysis, develops positioning and pricing, supports launches, and partners with sales, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and marketing. The role provides technical expertise on welding processes, alloys, standards, and applications while driving revenue growth, margin improvement, market share, and portfolio simplicity.

Manages U.S. international tax provision calculations, federal compliance, informational returns, tax planning, M&A tax support, Pillar Two analysis, tax controversy, legislative research, and tax modeling. Partners with finance, legal, treasury, business units, tax advisors, and global authorities. Supports internal controls, tax policies, process automation, strategic transactions, and technical memoranda while driving accurate and timely filings.
