Serve as the primary technical resource for sales, driving technology evaluation and qualification of filler metal products. Support sales, R&D, quality, and military/nuclear approvals; lead technical discussions, troubleshoot welding applications, develop specifications, conduct tests, and support training and RFIs/RFPs.

Maintain and enhance HRIS systems, manage HR databases and tables, develop custom reports, coordinate with payroll and IT, evaluate and modify HRIS software/hardware, and support HR data access and reporting needs.

Oversees finance functions for a specific organizational segment, managing one or more professional departments and potentially supervising subordinate supervisors.
