The International Tax Manager will oversee US international tax calculations, compliance, and planning, manage audits, analyze tax laws, and support merger transactions while driving process improvements.

Lead global accounting policy, external financial reporting and controls for an SEC registrant. Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions, manage SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K), oversee stock compensation and employee benefit plans, drive process improvements and AI/RPA initiatives, and develop a high-performing reporting team.
