Develops local and global portfolios, manages sales across distributors, key accounts, online channels, installers, and consultants, and expands healthcare and industrial laboratory project business. Coordinates multinational cross-functional teams, builds regional stakeholder relationships, and supports customers through extensive travel.

Coordinate multi-country payroll processing across entities, pay cycles, and countries using Workday and Alight. Validate payroll inputs, deductions, tax data, banking files, and system interfaces; manage garnishments, reconciliations, payroll journals, accruals, funding, audits, compliance controls, and year-end activities. Partner with HR, Finance, banks, vendors, and third-party administrators to resolve errors, meet deadlines, maintain documentation, and support regulatory compliance.
