ESAB Benefits Overview

Leads and manages technical activities across engineering functions, including CNC process, mechanical, electrical, software, hardware, quality, and environmental engineering. Directs subordinate employees, assigns objectives, oversees work performed under established procedures, and may perform similar technical duties.

Manages ESAB’s global employee communications program, including editorial planning, executive messaging, internal channels, measurement, and communication networks. Supports merger and integration communications, corporate events, external content, community giving initiatives, and enterprise messaging. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to create clear communications, maintain consistent messaging, and improve engagement across a global, hybrid workforce.

Drive robotic solutions sales and market growth across North America. Build and manage integrator, reseller, end-user, and strategic customer relationships; develop sales strategies; provide technical demonstrations, training, quotations, and negotiations; expand Robotics, Digital Solutions, WeldCloud, HIP, and related product lines; maintain CRM data, forecasts, and reporting; and collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams. Travel up to 80% within North America is required.
