Provide identity and access management support using SailPoint/BBS and related entitlement tools; administer Active Directory/LDAP, databases (Oracle/Sybase), Unix/Windows servers, and web/app servers. Use ServiceNow for ITSM, follow ITIL processes, perform scripting (Bash/Ksh/Perl/Python), and support banking/finance IT security operations. Mainframe DB2 tools are a plus.

Lead deployment and implementation of CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (v7–9) for large customers: gather requirements, design and architect the solution, perform compliance checks, produce alerts/reports, investigate and perform RCA for incidents, provide technical leadership, and administer Windows/VMware environments. Travel to customer sites as required.

Provide FireEye application and system administration (CM, NX, HX), support incident analysis and alert triage, investigate endpoint/agent issues and false positives, liaise with network and threat response teams, engage vendors for updates, support APT/malware services, and troubleshoot across Windows and Linux environments.
