Leads the Java engineering chapter in Manila, serving as the technical authority for Spring Boot architecture, engineering standards, delivery practices, and AI-assisted development. Coaches Tech Leads and engineers across design, implementation, code review, and delivery; identifies AI-generated code risks; collaborates with product, architecture, delivery, and operations teams; and participates in an on-call rotation.

Performs manual and automated testing across web, mobile, API, and backend functionality for SaaS fleet-management products. Maintains existing test suites, contributes new automated tests, tracks defects, and collaborates with developers and QA engineers in an agile delivery team. The role offers on-the-job growth in test automation, coding, and established QA frameworks.

Build and maintain backend microservices and RESTful APIs for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Design secure, scalable, testable solutions; use AI coding tools and review AI-generated code; create unit, component, and integration tests; participate in on-call support; and contribute to Git-based CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and observability practices.
