Provide front-desk, office administration, facilities and vendor coordination while supporting People & Capability activities including onboarding/offboarding, recruitment logistics, documentation, and employee experience. Maintain office supplies, manage meeting room bookings, supervise agency staff, and assist with workplace upkeep, events, and ad hoc HR/admin tasks, ensuring confidentiality and a welcoming onsite environment in Pasig City.

Lead performance measurement and reporting for Customer Operations, build KPI frameworks, deliver analytics and dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce), enable forecasting and capacity planning, drive continuous improvement and automation, and present executive-level insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

The ERP Business Analyst will optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, translate requirements into solutions, manage delivery, and enhance finance processes by collaborating with various teams.
