Teams at EROAD

Lead product ownership for device product lines: prioritise backlogs, translate customer needs into epics and stories, drive agile delivery, manage lifecycle from concept to launch, partner across firmware, hardware, supply chain and commercial, and use data to inform product decisions and quarterly goals.

Manage a portfolio of small-business customers to drive onboarding, engagement, retention and value. Provide training, process renewals/upgrades, resolve customer queries within SLA, maintain CRM records, close feedback loops, identify process improvements, and collaborate with the wider Customer Success team.

Manage and grow an assigned enterprise portfolio through strategic account planning, renewals, and relationship building. Identify growth opportunities, ensure customer success, maintain Salesforce data, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver revenue and retention outcomes while championing EROAD's safety-focused solutions.
