The role establishes scalable processes, operational metrics, dashboards, and standardized tools while supporting product lifecycle improvements and AI-enabled ways of working. It partners with product, engineering, and business leadership without direct people management responsibility.

Operate and improve global SaaS platforms through cloud operations, reliability engineering, observability, security uplift, cost optimization, and infrastructure automation. The role requires production AWS and Kubernetes expertise, Azure familiarity, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring, and participation in an on-call roster. It also contributes to cloud consolidation and platform improvement projects while balancing business-as-usual operations with changing priorities.

Drive supply chain improvement through Power BI dashboards, KPI monitoring, data analysis, process mapping, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyze procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance data to identify risks and efficiency opportunities. Present actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership while supporting process adoption across Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations.
