Assemble transformer cores and coils by manually winding steel sheets, installing insulation and grounding components, and securing frames. Operate hoists to position coils and cores, inspect materials and dimensions, follow technical drawings and assembly instructions, perform insulation resistance tests with a Megger, complete quality-control documentation, and transfer finished assemblies. The role requires physical fitness, manual dexterity, precision, measurement skills, and attention to detail.

Manufactures low- and high-voltage transformer coils using manual and computer-controlled winding machines. Reads work orders, prepares insulation materials, measures and installs wire or copper/aluminum sheets, programs winding equipment, performs required welding, winds coils, removes them with a hoist, verifies conformance, and completes quality-control documentation.

Installs, commissions, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies production and building equipment and systems. Reads electrical plans and technical manuals, diagnoses breakdowns, performs preventive maintenance, maintains service records, orders required materials, and supports continuous improvement and equipment reliability. Uses welding, machining, lifting, measurement, control, and computer tools while following safety standards and working independently or collaboratively on an evening shift.
