Supports the R&D Engineering organization through employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, performance and talent management, workforce planning, engagement, retention, change management, recruitment support, HR operations, compliance, and workforce analytics. The role provides guidance on employment matters, analyzes workforce trends, maintains confidential HR data, and partners with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and employee outcomes.

Owns quality operations at an onsite transformer manufacturing facility, including customer quality concerns, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, ISO 9001 quality systems, product compliance, process improvement, error-proofing, new product implementation, and continuous improvement training. Requires cross-functional leadership, engineering collaboration, and experience reducing defects, variation, scrap, and rework.

Leads a portfolio of related projects across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions. Manages Project Managers, aligns initiatives with strategic objectives, establishes goals and metrics, coordinates resources and requirements, and oversees scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and change control. The role supports PMO governance, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, cost analysis, and continuous improvement while coaching project teams and reporting portfolio performance to executives.
