Leads product design engineering projects from requirements through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change control, milestones, KPIs, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while influencing teams without direct authority.

Analyzes pricing, sales, margin, customer, and quote data to produce recurring reports, dashboards, models, and actionable insights. Maintains pricing files and customer price sheets, investigates discrepancies, supports strategic quotes, validates reporting accuracy, and performs ad hoc analyses for Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to independently deliver decision-ready findings.

Conducts market and industry research, develops executive presentations, supports M&A strategy and acquisition pipelines, leads DCF, LBO, JV, and partnership valuations, performs due diligence, coordinates transaction activities, and manages strategic initiatives through execution and benefits tracking.
