Provide front-of-house services and office administration for the Thailand office: manage reception, visitor handling, meeting and room scheduling, facilities coordination, procurement of supplies and vendor management, support shared-service tasks (courier, cheque processing, tax filings), and back up administrative support to consultants and partners.

Lead and manage the ChemDataSharing platform and its client portfolio, overseeing administration, financials, IT development coordination, stakeholder engagement, legal document drafting, consensus building, and regulatory advice on REACH/biocides. Support client operations, improve digital tools, ensure platform profitability, liaise with authorities, and develop related services.

The Infrastructure Design Lead is responsible for leading a cross-functional team, mentoring the DevOps team, driving improvements, and designing hybrid infrastructure solutions that align with architectural standards, emphasizing security and service reliability.
