Responsibilities include permit administration, technical quality assurance, field investigation oversight, regulatory coordination, report authorship and review, project management, team mentorship, subcontractor oversight, and client relationship development. The role supports energy and infrastructure projects and requires collaboration with multidisciplinary environmental professionals, agencies, clients, and stakeholders.

Lead EHS compliance audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, hazard studies, management-system implementation, process safety initiatives, contractor management, and safety-culture programs for industrial clients. Advise senior stakeholders, manage consulting projects, build client relationships, support sustainability integration, and contribute to business development across the Dutch market.

Build AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, LLMs, intelligent document processing, agentic AI, and Power BI. Lead responsible AI practices, stakeholder discovery, training, adoption, and MVP delivery across capital project consulting. Maintain billable involvement in Technical Due Diligence engagements, identify client-facing AI opportunities, and support proposals and commercial delivery. The role requires Python, SQL, data pipeline development, governance awareness, strong communication, and UK work authorization.
