Leads environmental permitting, impact assessments, regulatory strategies, and compliance programs for power, technology, telecommunications, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. Serves as a project biologist and regulatory specialist, prepares technical studies and permit applications, coordinates with agencies, manages project budgets and schedules, supports client development, and mentors consultants. Requires expertise in CEQA, NEPA, federal and state permitting, environmental compliance, and biological assessment, along with strong consulting, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Supports project managers across proposal, contract, implementation, delivery, and closure phases. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, schedules, dashboards, budgets, invoices, risk logs, and governance requirements; coordinating meetings and subcontractors; tracking scope and deliverables; and supporting health, safety, compliance, and client reporting activities.

The Senior Consultant will manage EHS aspects on construction projects, conduct risk assessments, implement legal standards, develop training, and enhance safety culture for clients.
