Lead DBA/BI engineer ensuring availability and performance of SQL databases, data models and Power BI reports using SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS and Fabric. Provide around-the-clock support, maintain the finance system (GMS), centralise datasets, build/maintain analytics pipelines, liaise with vendors and IT teams, and drive technical improvements.

Lead creative direction and hands-on design for client engagements spanning branding, digital, print, interactive, sustainability reporting, and communications. Mentor graphic designers, manage projects and schedules, build client relationships, present creative work, support proposals and estimates, and ensure high-quality execution. The role also contributes to recruiting, design processes, trend research, vendor coordination, and strategic creative problem-solving across multiple concurrent projects.

Supports industrial environmental permitting projects for data center and other clients, primarily across the UK and Northern Europe. Responsibilities include regulatory engagement, environmental impact assessment, developing client proposals, supporting favorable permitting outcomes, managing project communications, and building client relationships and networks. Candidates should understand UK environmental permitting and Pollution Prevention Control regimes, with ETS or equivalent European regulatory knowledge beneficial.
