Support sustainable finance projects by conducting environmental and biodiversity due diligence, impact assessments, technical analyses, and field investigations. Deliver high-quality reports and ESG strategies for clients (DFIs, lenders) across renewable energy, infrastructure, extractives, and low-carbon development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support project managers, and participate in international travel and field assignments.

Manage and validate geological and related datasets for mining, exploration, and environmental projects. Administer project databases, perform QA/QC, integrate public datasets, improve data workflows, resolve inconsistencies, and engage with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose data solutions.

Lead global Order-to-Cash operations including project accounting, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and AR reconciliations. Design O2C processes aligned to ERP (Certinia/MS Dynamics) and Tipalti, set SLAs/KPIs, build dashboards for DSO/WIP, partner with analytics for cash forecasting, drive harmonization and automation, and develop leadership across a 30–40 person team preparing the tower for ERP deployment.
