Owns full-funnel paid acquisition for enrollment, managing paid search, social, display, retargeting, and video campaigns. Optimizes budgets and campaigns toward applications and enrollments, maintains privacy-compliant tracking, analyzes funnel performance, improves landing-page conversion, and manages applicant retargeting. Builds marketing dashboards and reports using GA4, tag management, Looker Studio, or Power BI, while collaborating with marketing and admissions leadership on enrollment strategy and institutional reporting.

Manages the budgeting and financial administration of sponsored project grants and contracts. Responsibilities include preparing proposal budgets, ensuring compliance with institutional and federal requirements, monitoring expenditures, processing invoices and reimbursements, reconciling budgets, submitting financial reports, and supporting amendments, extensions, and closeouts. The role partners with faculty, finance teams, project managers, and external funding contacts.

Manages general accounting, cash flow, banking transactions, accounts receivable, revenue, reconciliations, financial reporting, student billing, financial aid records, collections, Title IV funds, and compliance reporting. Supports month-end close, audits, process improvements, and financial analysis while collaborating with finance, bursar, financial aid, students, departments, and external partners.
