Drives ERP/MRP integration, barcode and QR digitalization, real-time reporting, Lean and Kaizen improvements, safety compliance, and production material availability. Manages and develops teams through coaching, cross-training, delegation, and succession planning.

Leads the global research and development organization, overseeing new product development from concept through commercial release. Responsibilities include territory strategy, new business development, strategic account management, full-cycle technical sales, proposals, forecasting, CRM maintenance, customer visits, technical presentations, demonstrations, and participation in trade events. The role serves food processing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, packaging, ceramics, tobacco, and related industries, requiring extensive travel across India.
