Leads the global research and development organization, overseeing new product development from concept through commercial release. Supports intellectual property management, talent development, and external representation while traveling to customer sites and affiliates as needed.

Drive profitable sales growth for Eriez industrial separation, detection, conveying, and process technologies across Northern India. Responsibilities include territory strategy, new business development, strategic account management, full-cycle technical sales, proposals, forecasting, CRM maintenance, customer visits, technical presentations, demonstrations, and participation in trade events. The role serves food processing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, packaging, ceramics, tobacco, and related industries, requiring extensive travel across India.

Maintains HRIS and employee data, personnel records, PTO and leave records, compliance documentation, and HR communications. Prepares headcount, turnover, staffing, and other workforce reports and dashboards. Supports employee lifecycle processes, audits, system updates, wellness and engagement programs, HR training logistics, and routine employee and manager inquiries while collaborating with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, IT, and other teams.
