Provide clinical leadership and oversight for community mental health services, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff supervision, strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder collaboration. Support therapists and interns, oversee documentation and safety planning, and report clinical program status to senior leadership and the Board.

Provide trauma-informed, client-centered case management and direct services to immigrant and low-income families. Develop and facilitate workshops and outreach, create promotional materials and resource handbooks, collect program data and report using Salesforce and Charity Tracker, coordinate interns, attend community meetings, and complete required trainings including 40-hour domestic violence/sexual assault training.

Provide administrative and client-facing support for the Legal Services Department: receptionist duties, client intake, data entry, filing, preparing and mailing government applications, scheduling appointments, collecting fees, maintaining client files, assisting with reports, referrals, and office organization.
