Teams at Erie Family Health Centers

Provides WIC nutrition services, including applicant eligibility screening, nutritional assessments, care planning, counseling, education, follow-up monitoring, and food package support. Ensures compliance with agency, city, state, and federal WIC policies. Collaborates with WIC leadership and may provide services at satellite locations. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, community nutrition knowledge, confidentiality, cultural competency, an Illinois driver’s license, and CPR certification.

Provides comprehensive primary pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, referrals, documentation, call coverage, patient and community education, and collaboration with healthcare providers. May supervise residents or health professions students and contribute to specialty goals and clinic initiatives.

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor and delivery, antepartum and postpartum services, gynecologic consultations, surgery, emergency coverage, telehealth triage, and reproductive health procedures. Supports primary care teams, maintains hospital privileges, documents care, participates in quality improvement and protocol development, precepts learners, and ensures compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
