Performs month-end close tasks, bank reconciliations, journal entries, client invoicing, accounts payable, collections, sales tax submissions, expense processing, 1099 reviews, reporting, and special projects. The role requires collaboration with agency teams, strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Creates electronic files, edits content, develops page layouts, and supports traditional and digital publishing projects under Art Director guidance. Works independently on select design projects while managing multiple deadlines. Troubleshoots software and font issues, collaborates with team members, and applies strong knowledge of typography, color, composition, and design principles.

Lead public relations account teams, manage client relationships, develop media pitches, secure earned coverage, monitor industry trends, provide strategic counsel, measure campaign success, and coordinate client meetings and follow-up actions across multiple accounts.
