Teams at ERIC BOMPARD

Supervise the Hampstead luxury retail boutique, leading client service, sales performance, team coaching, product knowledge, visual standards, stock management, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations. The role owns sales targets, monitors KPIs, supports team development, handles complex client situations, and represents Bompard’s premium cashmere brand.

Provide personalized customer service and product storytelling in Bompard’s Antwerp boutique. Build loyalty with local and international clients, maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, support inventory management, and manage store openings and closings. The role requires fashion retail sales experience, strong communication, initiative, leadership qualities, and a genuine interest in retail and fashion.

Provide an exceptional boutique customer experience by welcoming local and international clients, explaining cashmere products, building loyalty, supporting sales targets, handling payments, and offering gift and garment-care services. Assist with seasonal events, merchandising, window displays, and store presentation while maintaining Bompard’s luxury brand image. This is a 28-hour-per-week, fixed-term winter-season role in Zurich.
