Leads quality system implementation, training, compliance, audits, CAPA and deviation management for assigned pharmacovigilance client projects. Develops quality management plans, monitors KPIs, contributes to reporting, advises clients, coordinates with quality teams, and supports team development and line management.

Manage clinical site contracting across assigned countries or regions, including drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and executing site agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendments. Track contracting progress, resolve delays, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with study and project teams, maintain country intelligence, and serve as a subject matter expert or mentor within Study Start Up and Regulatory.

Partners with global pharmacovigilance leaders to develop HR strategy, workforce plans, succession and talent programs. Owns performance, retention, engagement, culture, organizational design, change management, compensation, analytics, and global HR compliance. Advises senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures while supporting restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation. Requires CRO or pharmaceutical HR experience, with pharmacovigilance experience preferred.
