Provide transactional HR support: respond to employee and manager HR inquiries, manage and resolve tickets via Freshservice within SLAs, maintain HRIS records for hires/transfers/terminations, administer onboarding and offboarding, assist with basic payroll, benefits and pension administration, and follow SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.

Conducts on-site and remote monitoring (pre-study, initiation, interim, close-out) for Phase 2/3 clinical trials, ensuring site qualifications, staff training, regulatory support, and data quality. Requires travel to national sites and French-speaking regions (France, Belgium).

Perform on-site or remote monitoring (pre-study, initiation, interim, close-out) to ensure investigational sites meet study requirements; verify investigator qualifications and site resources; train site staff; support regulatory/EC submissions when applicable; mentor and co-monitor junior staff.
