Conduct and lead pharmacovigilance audits for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, including planning, preparation, execution, reporting, follow-up, and CAPA development. Apply national and international PV regulations and GVP requirements, perform quality assurance projects, manage deliverables, identify compliance issues, and recommend practical solutions. The role is freelance, available full or part time, supports remote audits, and requires travel of up to 40% across the USA and Canada.

Leads regulatory registration and compliance projects, develops regulatory strategies, oversees submissions and documentation for FDA, EMA, and other health authorities, and manages risks, resources, budgets, vendors, and team performance. Supports audits, inspections, business development, client relationships, regulatory intelligence, process improvements, and organizational change. Provides regulatory guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical requirements and company standards.

Supports global conference and event marketing by coordinating registrations, logistics, vendors, materials, invoices, budgets, calendars, documentation, and post-event administration. The role tracks deadlines, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and provides administrative support for experiential marketing initiatives. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, spreadsheet proficiency, and comfort using Microsoft 365 and related digital tools.
