Lead and manage ICSR operations, line-manage up to 15 reports, oversee resourcing to prevent backlogs, support CAPA and deviations, assist business development and other departments, and act as local pharmacovigilance contact and local screening lead as required.

Lead and manage ICSR operations teams, resolve escalations, oversee resourcing, approve CAPAs, support PV/RA network activities (LCPPV/PRLS), and assist business development and deviation management.

Lead and manage ICSR operations and up to 15 direct reports. Resolve executive assignments, review resourcing and CAPAs, support team leads, business development, deviations, and cross‑departmental PV/RA activities. Act as local PV contact and person responsible for local screening as required.
