The role also requires campaign analytics, customer interviews, product demonstrations, and collaboration with product and sales teams.

Recruit candidates, build candidate and client relationships, source talent through networking and headhunting, advertise roles, support interview preparation, provide feedback, and develop recruitment consulting skills. The role also involves cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and managing client requirements. It is designed for NYSC 2026 graduates with strong communication, technology, attention to detail, and sales-oriented skills.

The COO will translate strategy into execution, build scalable operating systems, establish accountability and performance frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
