Leads quality planning and execution for automotive manufacturing projects from quotation through launch and serial production. Manages APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, capability studies, customer approvals, supplier quality, audits, corrective actions, and quality metrics. Serves as the primary quality contact for OEM and Tier 1 customers, coordinates cross-functional and global teams, supports production transfers and engineering changes, and trains personnel on quality requirements and controls.

Lead customer acquisition and commercial activities for the Americas region. Perform market and competitive analyses, prepare feasibility assessments and quotations, negotiate contracts, coordinate technical and commercial product lifecycle changes with U.S. and German facilities, represent the company at industry events, manage customer relationships, and support data management and strategic growth initiatives. Requires frequent domestic and international travel.
