Operates, programs, maintains, and calibrates CMM equipment and manual inspection tools to verify product quality. Interprets engineering drawings, GD&T, parts lists, and ECOs; performs setup, in-process, final, and first article inspections; documents results in inspection plans, routers, CMM programs, and ERP systems. Supports production, troubleshoots technical issues, trains inspection personnel, maintains traceability, reports equipment issues, and contributes to continuous improvement and quality-system effectiveness.

Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading tooling and fixtures, setting offsets and work zeros, and producing first-piece inspection parts. Interpret drawings and GD&T, troubleshoot speeds, feeds, and tool wear, coordinate with quality and programming teams, document production and inspection records, mentor operators, maintain safety and FOD compliance, and support continuous improvement and general shop activities.
