Manage HR operations and provide employee relations support, investigations, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal/state wage-hour laws and OSHA, handle recruitment, onboarding, training, HR data accuracy, audits, and support supervisors with performance and corrective actions.

Provide strengths-based case management and career/vocational advising for up to 25 TANF participants, maintain accurate WORCS/TANF records, develop community referrals, lead ESOL instruction and workshops, mentor staff, and support program deliverables and participant employment outcomes.

Provide substance‑use assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, facilitate group education and counseling, coordinate with center staff and community agencies, manage TEAP data and compliance, conduct quality‑assurance audits, and support tobacco prevention and specimen chain‑of‑custody procedures.
