Manage participant caseloads providing counseling, mentoring, case management, and job-readiness services. Assess skills, create individualized employment plans, connect participants to training and employers, track retention, maintain records, and conduct outreach to support participant self-sufficiency.

The Job Developer coordinates employer outreach and prepares customers for transitional employment, ensuring job readiness and satisfaction for both customers and employers.

Assess and support graduates/former trainees for job placement and retention; provide referrals and support services; promote job development with employers and employment agencies; ensure placements in quality jobs, the military, or further education; perform other assigned duties.
