Provide individualized career advising, assessment, case management, referrals, workshops, documentation, and follow-up for job seekers. Coordinate with schools, employers, business services, and leadership to support employment outcomes. Manage workforce program activities, placement data, grants, compliance documentation, communications, intake, and operational improvements while helping participants overcome barriers to employment and retention.

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and leaders to promote workforce services. Identify job openings, training opportunities, and alternative work activities for clients, while coordinating with internal departments to address client needs. Represent WeCARE at community meetings and roundtables, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop community-based strategies that increase awareness and access to services.

Recruits eligible youth for Job Corps, conducts outreach, orientations, interviews, file processing, and quality assurance. Supports applicant travel arrangements and evaluates graduate placement readiness. Develops employer relationships and helps place graduates in jobs, military service, education, or training while ensuring retention, safety, accountability, and compliance with program requirements.
