The Placement Specialist assists job seekers in preparing for and advancing in careers, focusing on high-demand industries, and delivers workforce solutions at various centers.

Provide administrative support to executive leadership, manage special projects, conduct statewide orientations and CASAS testing, deliver literacy and Microsoft Office trainings, maintain outreach materials, complete Quickbase data entry, and collaborate on long-term program development to meet performance metrics.

Conduct assessments and provide career guidance to job seekers, manage cases, coordinate services, and maintain community resources to ensure success for participants.
