Provide phone, email, and chat support for ACT Innovations SaaS platforms (Paracelsus, DCCM); troubleshoot software, printer/analyzer connectivity, and workflows; remotely access customer systems; document tickets; escalate complex issues; assist with QA, release notes, knowledge base, and occasional onboarding or travel.
