Patrol and monitor campground grounds, enforce rules, ensure guest safety, validate gate access, perform inspections, handle reservations/check-ins, sell passes/items, and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Provide friendly guest service, perform evening patrols by foot and golf cart, monitor check-ins and gates, respond to incidents, assist with light maintenance and housekeeping, complete reports, and support campground operations and events.

Oversee day-to-day property administration office operations, manage resident/customer relations, lease administration, collections, and office inspections. Lead and develop administrative staff, coordinate with maintenance and other departments, manage reception and paperwork accuracy, assist General Manager with projects and reporting, and deliver exceptional resident/guest service.
