Leads the organization’s financial health and operational infrastructure, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, audits, grants tracking, compliance, vendor and facilities management, IT coordination, and internal systems. Partners with executive leadership and the Board on strategy, manages finance and operations staff, and builds scalable workflows for a growing nonprofit.

Lead all internal HR and culture functions for a growing 30-person nonprofit. Responsibilities include bringing outsourced HR in-house, building scalable systems, managing recruiting and onboarding, developing performance and compensation frameworks, overseeing benefits and PEO relationships, resolving employee relations matters, and ensuring multi-state employment compliance. The role also partners with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, equity-centered practices, and workplace culture.

Coordinates nonprofit fundraising operations across individual, corporate, and foundation giving. Responsibilities include donor research, meeting logistics, stewardship communications, solicitation materials, proposals, reports, appeals, events, registration, and follow-up. Maintains Salesforce donor records, supports reporting, and tracks development-team action items. The role requires strong organization, warm written and verbal communication, adaptability, and direct engagement with donors, board members, senior leaders, and event attendees.
