Leads insurance sales and business development for the WFG advisor channel. Builds relationships with independent insurance advisors, manages productive partnerships, meets sales targets, provides case consultation and product support, and delivers presentations and seminars. The role requires financial industry and life insurance experience, sales management expertise, professional communication, negotiation, organization, travel, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Administer group insurance policies by updating member and sponsor information, processing additions, terminations, reinstatements, banking changes, beneficiary updates, drug cards, and medical evidence requests. Provide phone and email support to clients and plan members, validate electronic files, interpret reports, support renewals and new policy setup, calculate flex dollars, and ensure accuracy, compliance, quality, and turnaround standards.
