Sells building materials and related services to contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting products, preparing quotes, closing sales, collecting payments, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring sales metrics, meeting quotas, and improving profitability. The role requires frequent customer and job-site visits, collaboration with store teams, product knowledge, construction estimating ability, and a valid driver’s license.

Assists the contract team by completing rental documentation, fact-checking records for compliance, and supporting customers throughout the rental process. The role requires accurate administrative work, strong communication, problem-solving skills, technology comfort, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. OSHA knowledge is preferred. The position is remote, Monday through Friday, with overtime after 40 hours and occasional weekend on-call responsibilities.

Manages the National Account Coordinator team, including performance, coaching, scheduling, process improvement, and training. Oversees rental order coordination, logistics, billing, off-rents, customer data, onboarding, and issue escalation for national accounts. Partners with National Account Managers, monitors KPIs, prepares leadership reports, and drives accurate, efficient, customer-focused support operations.
