Manages assigned territory accounts and develops market strategies to increase new, used, and aftermarket equipment sales. Builds customer relationships, conducts sales presentations, provides material-handling solutions, maintains account records, coordinates with branch and internal teams, and supports pre- and post-sale service. The role requires 20–30% travel, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and lift-truck safety certification or willingness to obtain it.

Administer employee leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, workers’ compensation, and other employment laws. Serve as the primary liaison for employees, managers, and vendors; manage return-to-work processes, benefits during leave, union leaves, onboarding backup, and terminations. Maintain procedures and documentation, support open enrollment projects, and ensure accurate HRIS and compliance processing.
