Supports inside sales for process systems and solutions by selecting and sizing control products, developing technical solutions, preparing quotes, addressing lead-time challenges, and supporting order fulfillment. The role serves as a technical customer contact and collaborates with account managers and outside sales to meet customer needs and grow territory business.

Participate in a 12-month rotational inside sales engineering program, learning products, ERP systems, and business processes. Select technical solutions, prepare and follow up on customer quotes, support quoting and fulfillment, and collaborate with account management and cross-functional teams. Build customer relationships, understand technical and business needs, and develop expertise across multiple business units before placement based on company needs and preferences.

Supports IT by researching, testing, documenting, and presenting AI use cases with Glean and related tools. Collects and validates data, assists with reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric. Evaluates AI-generated results, documents workflows and recommendations, identifies process improvements, and communicates findings to business and technology stakeholders.
