Supports IT by researching, testing, documenting, and presenting AI use cases with Glean and related tools. Collects and validates data, assists with reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric. Evaluates AI-generated results, documents workflows and recommendations, identifies process improvements, and communicates findings to business and technology stakeholders.

Develops PLC and industrial automation sales opportunities through customer discovery, technical consultations, preliminary system architecture, proposals, estimates, demonstrations, and technical handoffs. Partners with account managers, engineering, project management, and service teams to translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions. Requires customer-facing technical leadership, industrial automation expertise, regional travel, and familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and control systems.

Lead multiple concurrent industrial automation projects from proposal handoff through engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, commissioning, startup, and closeout. Own scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, margins, risks, change control, customer communication, cross-functional coordination, project financials, and recovery plans. Coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams while managing FAT, installation, commissioning, startup, reporting, acceptance, reconciliation, and lessons learned.
