Manage health plan partnerships from implementation through ongoing value delivery, retention, renewals, and expansion. Coordinate internal teams, represent client needs, oversee program KPIs, support contracting conversations, produce client reporting, and drive operational improvements. The role requires strong healthcare payer knowledge, relationship management, analytical skills, and project coordination. It is fully remote with at least quarterly travel to client meetings.

Coordinates internal teams, oversees program KPIs and reporting, supports contracting conversations, ensures contract adherence and utilization, and represents partner needs across product, operations, member support, and clinical care. The role requires strong managed care expertise, relationship management, analytics, and project coordination skills.

Conduct provider outreach through phone, email, and other sales channels to generate qualified meetings and patient referrals. Perform discovery calls, identify leads, document interactions and statuses in the CRM, and hand off qualified opportunities to clinical partnership representatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, independent time management, and the ability to work remotely. Limited travel may be required for training and conferences.
