Teams at Equinox+

Leads design department operations across new clubs, renovations, and strategic initiatives. Oversees project schedules, resource planning, team capacity, design deliverables, visualization, FF&E timelines, consultant relationships, budgets, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Drives process improvements, maintains design standards, and supports executive decision-making while ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities, scope, and delivery schedules.

Executes social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Manages content calendars, community engagement, creative briefs, performance analytics, and live event content. Collaborates with Creative and Member Marketing teams to support premium brand objectives, stays current on social trends, and assists with financial and administrative processes. The role requires strong writing, organization, visual judgment, and familiarity with luxury, wellness, or fitness marketing.

Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, retail transactions, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Own SoulCycle Corporate P&L reporting, review staff accountant work, support audits, prepare FP&A analyses and budget inputs, and improve accounting processes. Partner with Accounts Payable, Retail, FP&A, Tax, and senior finance stakeholders while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
