Lead and support compensation program administration and analysis across corporate and field populations. Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structure design, and annual compensation planning. Produce data models, reports, and presentations; govern approval workflows; partner with TA, Finance, and business leaders; and recommend process and program improvements to attract, motivate, and retain talent.

Build, publish, and QA web pages in the CMS for campaigns, promotions, and evergreen content. Manage publishing calendars, asset libraries, redirects, and site audits. Provide CMS guidance in briefings, ensure SEO basics, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to deliver accurate, on-time site updates across devices and browsers.

Serve as an HR generalist and employee relations partner for field and HQ teams. Provide guidance on policies, lead investigations, support onboarding/offboarding, drive engagement and culture initiatives, coach managers on performance and conflict resolution, maintain HR records and compliance, and escalate high-risk issues to leadership.
