Design, implement, and optimize complex enterprise and data center network infrastructures. Serve as SME for architectures, lead migrations, develop standards and documentation, drive automation, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, evaluate new technologies, and support incident resolution and advanced troubleshooting.

Support accurate, timely EMEA payroll operations by validating payroll data, running quality checks, reconciling payroll, investigating exceptions, maintaining controls and documentation, producing reports using Alteryx/Excel, and partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve payroll issues and support audits and process improvements.

Drive post-sales customer engagement, onboarding, adoption, renewals and upsell. Build and track success plans, run QBRs, monitor health/usage, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize customer value and retention.
