Owns the global partner program across Sales, Services, and Technology tracks. Designs tiers, incentives, specializations, MDF governance, compliance frameworks, and operational processes. Monitors partner performance, ROI, compliance, NPS, and bookings contribution while resolving disputes and exceptions. Partners with Finance, Legal, Partner Experience, Support, and leadership to align program strategy, maintain investment cases, and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Leads global direct tax compliance, income tax accounting, ASC 740 provisions, statutory reporting, audits, and tax governance across xScale joint ventures. Manages tax professionals and external advisors, reviews filings and technical positions, supports transactions and acquisitions, and develops scalable, automated processes. Partners with Controllership, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, M&A, auditors, and tax authorities while driving team development, standardization, and operational improvement.

Manage complex global enterprise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build success plans, analyze usage and health metrics, conduct executive business reviews, identify churn and growth opportunities, and lead issue escalations. Coordinate Sales, Support, Product, Delivery, and Operations teams to improve customer outcomes, drive revenue growth, strengthen processes, and mentor other customer success managers.
