Leads Equinix’s Americas Global Contracts and Strategic Accounts legal teams. Oversees complex commercial negotiations, strategic customer and partner transactions, regional legal support, risk governance, and executive business advising. Manages and develops lawyers and contracts professionals, shapes operating models, supports global legal strategy, and drives technology-enabled transformation, standardization, reporting, and operational efficiency across a geographically distributed organization.

The Senior Accountant manages construction and technology project accounting, including CAPEX, construction-in-progress, fixed assets, journal entries, reconciliations, capitalization, and project closeout. Responsibilities include month-, quarter-, and year-end close, variance analysis, accounting research, SOX controls, audit support, financial reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and Tax teams and supports U.S. GAAP compliance.
