Drive new account acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, developing global account plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing pipeline in SFDC, negotiating contracts and renewals, and mentoring other sales professionals.

Lead and manage site-level compliance for data center operations, including planning and executing complex audits, maintaining management systems and records, managing certifications, driving corrective actions and process improvements, delivering training, supporting customer audits/RFIs, and coordinating regional/global stakeholders to ensure regulatory and corporate requirements are met.

The Customer Success Manager oversees post-sale customer relationships to drive onboarding, adoption, retention and upsell. They create and track success plans, monitor health and utilization, manage renewals and escalations, collect feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and long-term revenue.
