Edit and format client press releases for grammar and style, support clients via phone/email, assist with regulatory filings (SEDAR/EDGAR), maintain client accounts and multimedia libraries, act as primary client contact, collaborate across teams, and work variable shifts including occasional overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.

Manages Network Operations Center staff and infrastructure operations, ensuring network stability, observability, incident response, escalation, SLA performance, security adherence, and continuous process improvement. Oversees network troubleshooting, router and DNS management, monitoring, incident reporting, training, budgeting, workforce planning, hiring, succession planning, and team development. Requires strong experience in network and cloud operations, service management, and observability, with AWS and Azure certifications preferred.
