Executes quality control procedures, documents errors, provides feedback and coaching, identifies operational process gaps, analyzes trends and root causes, and recommends improvements to customer experience. The role tracks operational metrics including CSAT, CES, accuracy, adherence, average handle time, and after-call work while supporting documentation and audit requirements.

Provides strategic legal advice on data privacy, competition and consumer law, commercial contracts, corporate matters, regulatory issues, and legal risk. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates customer and supplier agreements, including master service agreements, IT agreements, licenses, and strategic partnerships. Partners with business leaders, compliance, and legal teams to support product structuring, operations, sales, and complex enterprise deals in New Zealand.

Lead a database engineering team while designing, scaling, and operating highly available enterprise data platforms. Responsibilities include database administration and performance optimization, automated provisioning through Infrastructure as Code, cloud data services, monitoring and alerting, production data pipelines, CI/CD, incident and change management, Lean practices, and technology transformation. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and support for distributed teams.
