Builds RCSA frameworks and KRI dashboards, conducts business impact analyses and crisis simulations, manages third-party and technology risks, leads incident root-cause investigations, advises on regulatory and audit matters, and guides cross-functional engineering teams through modernization and automated control initiatives.

Own strategic relationships and revenue growth across public sector, law enforcement, and public safety accounts. Develop account strategies, manage customer lifecycles, identify opportunities, respond to RFPs and RFIs, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, and close sales. Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning Equifax solutions with agency needs and navigating government procurement, grants, budgets, and funding mechanisms. Collaborate cross-functionally and travel up to 50% of the time.
