Lead strategy and execution for consumer-facing alerts across SMS, push, and email. Own alerting portfolio, optimize deliverability and KPIs, manage vendor platforms, ensure compliance (TCPA/CASL), partner with engineering and stakeholders, support CEP and MMP migrations, and provide post-implementation troubleshooting. Requires collaboration across global teams and occasional outside-business-hours work.

The VP Specialized Sales will lead the Specialized Services team, develop growth strategies, manage budgets, establish customer relationships, and optimize customer success while driving business development and retaining clients across multiple product lines.

Act as a subject-matter expert partnering with enterprise customers and sales to design, qualify, and transition complex data-driven solutions, manage stakeholder collaboration, mitigate operational risk, and drive DP3 platform migrations and upsell opportunities across national accounts.
