Coordinates integrated marketing campaigns, audience acquisition, CRM and event data, ambassador and partnership engagement, and in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Produces campaign and event content, manages suppliers and stakeholders, tracks performance, and supports advocacy, fundraising, and audience-growth objectives. The role works cross-functionally across Communications, Development, and Advocacy to deliver coherent audience journeys, event follow-up, and relationship-building activity.

The Communications Officer will implement MENA communications strategies, produce English and Arabic content, support media engagement, coordinate coalition and partner communications, manage advocacy campaigns, and strengthen regional digital visibility. Responsibilities include editorial planning, press releases, social media, reporting, media monitoring, stakeholder databases, email campaigns, events, webinars, and KPI tracking. The role requires cross-cultural collaboration, ethical storytelling, knowledge of human rights and gender equality, and travel across the region when needed.

Coordinate a global coalition addressing FGM/C by strengthening governance, membership, communications, strategic planning, advocacy, and sustainability. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, maintaining action trackers, managing member engagement, preparing communications and advocacy materials, supporting webinars and donor reporting, mapping funding opportunities, and producing strategic workplans and handover materials. The consultant will work remotely across time zones for three days per week over 13 months.
