Supports nonprofit fundraising operations through prospect research, grant application assistance, donor solicitation and stewardship, CRM data management, prospect reporting, presentation preparation, and staff training. Maintains prospect pipelines, performs data integrity checks, enters constituent information, and coordinates across development teams while handling confidential donor information.

Cultivates and manages relationships with sponsors, law schools, alumni, host organizations, and legal sector stakeholders across the West Coast. Oversees a $2–3 million fellowship sponsorship portfolio, develops fundraising and retention strategies, secures new funding, prepares proposals and reports, supports Fellows and sponsors, and contributes to regional networking and engagement programs. The role requires a JD, legal work experience, nonprofit or public interest law knowledge, and at least five years of related fundraising or relationship-management experience.
