Operate forklifts to move, load/unload, stack, and organize materials in the warehouse. Perform routine forklift inspections, use the warehouse management system to track inventory, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.

Answer incoming dealer, service shop, and retail customer calls; qualify leads, schedule appointments, enter parts orders, close sales, cold-call prospects, support outside sales team, and coordinate custom projects with engineering.

Perform general cost and general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accounts receivable collections, month-end close, support audits, cash and tax reporting, T&E and credit card management, and assist plant and department staff as needed.

Assemble and operate production machinery, monitor processes and quality, maintain a clean workspace, meet productivity goals, lift up to 50 lbs, and cross-train on miscellaneous duties.
