A 24-month rotational leadership program for final-year undergraduates to gain hands-on experience across Personal and Commercial Banking and elective functions (Digital Banking, Strategy, Risk, Data & Analytics, Operations). Participants complete core and elective rotations, contribute to business projects, receive mentorship, and may transition to a permanent role after successful completion and review.

Ensure reliability, operability, and controlled enablement of the enterprise AI platform. Administer platform availability, monitoring, incident response, observability, automation, release/change coordination, governance controls, asset visibility, and production readiness. Implement AIOps use cases, maintain telemetry and documentation, and collaborate with engineering, security, and risk teams to meet compliance and operational standards.

Lead growth marketing for Equitable Bank's reverse mortgage business: design and execute paid and unpaid acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels and websites, build lead-nurture programs (CRM, direct mail), develop partner/referral sources, run A/B tests and analytics, create dashboards, and coordinate stakeholders to improve customer acquisition.
