Leads technical accounting, accounting policy, consolidation, month-end and quarter-end close, financial statement preparation, and external audit coordination for the Bank and its subsidiaries. Provides IFRS guidance, prepares technical accounting memos, oversees derivative and hedge accounting, manages finance projects, and leads a team of accounting professionals. Partners with senior stakeholders and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting and disclosures.

Supports EQ Bank’s public relations and corporate communications team through media monitoring, reporting, social copywriting, presentation development, campaign coordination, journalist research, sponsored content support, and executive communications. The role involves organizing media coverage, tracking approvals and deadlines, preparing briefing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and drafting concise communications for internal and external audiences.

Leads product marketing, positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, partner marketing, and growth for EQ Bank’s Reverse Mortgage business. Develops messaging, campaigns, educational content, thought leadership, and launch strategies across consumer and partner channels. Uses customer, market, competitive, and performance insights to optimize results. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Digital, Operations, Compliance, agencies, and external stakeholders while leading a marketing team, managing budgets, and overseeing agency and partner relationships.
