Coordinate casual, permanent pool, and agency staffing to fill nursing and ward clerk shifts across Epworth HealthCare. Liaise with clinical teams, hospital coordinators, internal staff, and external agencies; manage ShiftMatch and MyRoster systems; educate new users; and provide administrative support to the Central Resource Unit Manager. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.

Provides evidence-based dietetic and nutritional care across inpatient wards, including oncology, surgery, general medicine and ICU, as well as ambulatory oncology. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports patient-centred outcomes, contributes to quality improvement, and promotes clinical excellence while engaging patients and families in care.

Leads technical services across a hospital network, overseeing onsite support, incident resolution, asset and device lifecycle management, security compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages a technical team of 10 or more, builds relationships with clinical and business stakeholders, drives service delivery excellence, and translates organisational needs into effective technology solutions.
