Lead implementation and continuous improvement of clinical risk management, clinical practice systems and accreditation across multiple hospital divisions. Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting, support clinical governance committees, manage the Outcome and Audit team, and drive quality and safety initiatives to meet national standards and organisational obligations.

Lead multi-site rehabilitation services, providing clinical governance, workforce and operational leadership, driving quality improvement, patient outcomes, service growth, and financial performance across the division.

Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to provide financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Identify cost and profit improvement opportunities, develop business cases and CAPEX support, deliver financial education, implement process improvements, and support decision-making through analysis and modelling.
