Provides accountable, on-site technology support across a hospital environment. Supports doctors, clinicians, and staff; maintains reliable technology services; proactively identifies and resolves issues; prepares systems for surgeries and clinical workflows; manages onboarding; coordinates incidents, deployments, vendors, and ICT teams; supports Windows desktops, mobile devices, enterprise applications, infrastructure, security procedures, and site-specific technology improvements.

Coordinates daily and after-hours hospital operations, patient flow, emergency management, and support for clinical teams. Liaises with medical, nursing, and administrative stakeholders; addresses operational issues; supports quality, risk, and compliance initiatives; and promotes safe, patient-centred care. The role requires strong coordination, communication, leadership, collaboration, confidentiality, and availability for weekend and after-hours work.
