Maintains accurate CRM records, meets activity and meeting quotas, collaborates on territory strategy, reports performance, and researches GovTech and first-responder markets to tailor outreach. The role requires disciplined prospecting, discovery, relationship building, and comfort with sales automation, AI-based insights, and high-volume activity.

Leads EPR FireWorks’ client onboarding and software implementation lifecycle across SMB and mid-market accounts. Owns onboarding methodology, implementation standards, capacity planning, reporting, escalations, and client go-live success. Manages and develops Implementation Project Managers and Specialists, oversees complex integrations and data migrations, coordinates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Client Success, and ensures effective transition from signed contract through post-go-live continuity.
