Teams at EPOS

Leads content strategy, ideation, production, and delivery across client accounts and internal brands. Responsibilities include developing concepts, using AI tools, managing content calendars, coordinating shoots, directing photo and video editing, collaborating with clients and marketing teams, and tracking performance to improve future content.

Drive product strategy and digitalisation initiatives across internal platforms and merchant operations. Build data visibility, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and measurable workflows; translate business needs into scalable system capabilities; partner with Engineering, Data, and regional teams; improve adoption, operational intelligence, and decision-making; and monitor product impact through analysis and continuous optimisation.

Supports data collection, cleaning, organization, validation, reporting, dashboard preparation, and analysis. Identifies trends and business opportunities, responds to ad hoc requests, collaborates with stakeholders, and helps improve reporting workflows and data processes. The intern gains practical experience working with real-world datasets, business intelligence tools, and cross-functional teams.
