Lead AI product strategy and roadmap for merchant-facing features. Define PRDs, accuracy/latency/fallback criteria, run rapid discovery, build evaluation frameworks and golden datasets, ensure GDPR compliance, gather merchant feedback, and translate market insights into shipped AI products.
